Purpose Of The Job
Our Client URGENTLY requires a Workshop Foreman, who is experienced in both Commercial and Passenger Vehicles, to join their Panel-beating Workshop. Duties:
- Provide guidance and direction to all staff members
- Prioritize work order and assign appropriate shop staff
- Maintain vehicle records and repair data
- Responsible for inventory records of supplies and parts
- Responsible for the professional development of all shop staff members
- Practice safe work habits and use personal protective equipment as required
- Routinely inspect all shop equipment and work area to maintain a safe environment for our employees
- Review and approve completed work orders
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate
- Qualified Panel-beater
- Must have prior commercial vehicle and passenger vehicle experience as a Workshop Foreman
- Computer literacy
