Debtors Controller

Our Business Partner in the Recreational Industry is looking for a Debtors Controller. As the Debtors Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions on the credit card statements are accompanied by complete supporting documentation. You will need to phone clients every second week to confirm that there are no queries and to request reconciliation. Prepare a report of all missing orders and queries and request this information from the OPS Manager. Ensure that all fraudulent charges are communicated to and disputes are filed with the relevant card company within 30 days.

This role provides opportunities to develop skills in financial management, credit control, and negotiation. Its a solid foundation for advancing to senior financial roles.

Requirements

Degree in Finance

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Debtors Controller.

Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry

Knowledge of Key Risk areas.

Advanced MS Office skills
