Administrator - Corporate Actions Cape Town
Summary of the position
The primary responsibility of the Administrator - Corporate Actions involves the accurate and timeous identification and processing of all Corporate Action Events.
Outline of main duties and responsibilities
The Senior Administrator - Corporate Actions will be expected to:
- Access information from various sources (Custodians, Bloomberg etc.) and compile an event notification to our clients;
- Analyze event notification and ensure accurate & timeous processing of all events on ex-Date;
- Reconciliation - Pre & Post the Event reconciliation of entitlements to CSDPs;
- Ensure all queries are identified and actioned timeously, per SLAs with clients;
- Updating process documentation and assist in training for new staff joining the team;

- Preference will be given to applicants who have 2 years Asset Management experience, an understanding of Financial Markets;
The Administrator Corporate Actions will report to the Team Leader Corporate Actions based in Cape
Town.
Remuneration level
Remuneration will be market related and commensurate with experience and seniority. In addition, the successful
