We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support the Colors businesses in South Africa. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in the office.
What youll do:
- Order processing within our ERP-system (JD Edwards), e.g. checking order details, order entry, x-references, order acknowledgement
- Respond to customer requests for order changes, delivery status, document requests
- Manage central orders email address; respond to emails, forward emails for other departments to the relevant person/s
- Prepare and email new order summary sheet daily and update order acknowledgement tracker
- Ensure all signed delivery notes are received from our transporter in a timely manner and are saved on the server
- Ideally 5+ years of Customer Service/Sales Assistant (in the food ingredients/ FMCG/ business-to-business experience preferred)
- Ability to speak German/any other European language (fluent in spoken and written) in addition to English (fluent in spoken and written) will be advantageous
- Knowledge and/or experience in dealing within an ERP system, e.g. JD Edwards, Salesforce are an advantage
