Launched in 2020, we have since worked hard to grow our portfolio of partners. We are now at a crucial stage where we need to make a customer success hire to help our existing portfolio of partners get the most out of our services. We have 35 partners at the moment and we’re looking to double that number in the next couple of years.
The role will be reporting directly into our Director of Growth, and will be a maternity cover contract to begin with. This is a hugely important hire for us as this person will play a big part in moving the business forward and be expected to come to the table with great ideas on how we can improve our customer success strategy as well as ideas on new services we can offer.
We have a sister business, and share the same founders. In total there are 100 recruiters in the office and they are growing rapidly. The two businesses work closely together.
The role:
- Develop and implement a scalable customer support strategy
- Deliver a smooth onboarding and rollout process for new partners
- Become an expert on our technology platform and ensure customer adoption
- Manage account health and ensure customers get maximum value from our services
- Drive upselling and adoption of new features among existing customers
- Lead on all customer support related enquiries
- Manage contract renewal conversations as well as complaint resolution
- Work to grow our external partnerships to improve our service offering
- Understand from partners how we can improve our service through feedback
- Recruitment experience
- Experience with supporting SaaS products
- Business Operations knowledge
- Proven experience within a Customer Success role or similar
We were founded in 2020 and the business is still very much a start-up. We have a small, motivated team and we’re looking for someone who shares the ambition that we have.
The perfect person for this role will have worked in the recruitment industry (either as an agency recruiter or in a recruitment tech company) and have experience in a Customer Success role. We’re looking for someone hard-working and enthusiastic who will be excited at the concept of growing a small successful business into something even better.
The nature of working in a start-up means the role will be varied and challenging but hugely rewarding.
