About this role

As an FDM Consultant you will be a full-time employee with access to our Academy resources and training throughout your career, while spending your day-to-day working on client assignments.
This specific role will see you start your FDM career in the field of Data Engineering. Your primary responsibility is to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure necessary for data storage, processing, and analysis. This involves working with various data technologies, programming languages, and data modelling techniques to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to other teams within the region.
Your core responsibilities will be:
- Data Integration
- Data Warehouse Development and Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Business Support and Enablement
- User Support and Training
- Data Engineering or Business Intelligence Certification
- 3 5 year's experience as a Data Engineer or BI Developer
- Knowledge of APIs and Cloud Computing Platforms
- Solid understanding of the Ralph Kimball Methodology
- Proficient in designing and developing data solutions, including MS SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Bachelors Degree, grade 60% or above
- Project specific fully funded training
- Full-time employment
- The option to transition permanently to the client after your initial 24 months or remain at FDM and progress to be a Senior Consultant
