Responsibilities And Duties
- Collect, receive, and sort incoming HR-related documents
- Maintain an efficient filing system, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and storage of HR records
- Ensure that all HR documents are complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Organize and maintain personnel files for current and former employees
- Accurately enter and update employee data in HR software systems or databases
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security
- General office duties
- Matric / Grade 12
- Attention to Detail
- Computer literate
- Strong administrative skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
