Job Description
- Short Term Insurance with 5 years experience in management to oversee Homeowners, Motor and Personal lines claims environment to handle and analyze data, implement governance and support change management.
- Improve efficiency by making sure the right metrics are in place and these metrics are measurable
- Produce performance metric reporting and analysis for Claims Operations
- Collecting and reporting on business service performance measures key indicators
- Assess business performance issues, identify opportunities and assist in facilitating the process change and improvement
- Identify actions to eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and streamline efficiencies
Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
