Demand Planner SSA Your Future Position
As a member of the SAMEA Regional Demand Planning Team, you will build a consensus demand plan for the next 24 months at regional level, coordinating with relevant stakeholders (sales, customer care, supply chain). Identify trends, research demanddrivers and analyze demand alerts in order to develop, update and maintain demand forecasts supporting excellence in execution and enabling superior customer experiences.
In this role you will
- You will capture, analyze and update forecast in the system (SAP IBP) in order to achieve and improve KPIs(Forecast Accuracy and Bias). You will identify and implement opportunities for demand plan improvements
- You will conduct regular demand review meetings with both the commercial organization and customers. You will manage Business Evolution alerts (Losses, Wins, Lifecycle changes)
- You will plan new product introduction & First-time orders and Manage Seasonal & Promotional activities
- You will Manage early warning process, including material/capacity availability (collaborative with Supply Planning). You will communicate and build strong relationships with Operations and Commercial teams (internal and external customers).
- You will be the Primary interface between the supply chain and the commercial organization together with customer care and contribute to the S&OP process.
- You will contribute to the development and implement Demand Planning Strategy aligned with Sales andOperations Roadmap. You will work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and goodpractices.

Your Professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- 4+ years of experience in planning is required (out of which 2 years of demand planning experience is preferable)
- Technical Skills
- SAP ERP/MRP experience is a must
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP IBP, SAP BI/BO, Microsoft Excel, Power BIetc)
- At ease with high volume of numbers and ability to synthesize overviews
- Language skills: English Fluent, French is a plus
- Desired APICS Certification
- Aptitude for working in a multicultural environment
