Job Description
As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team.
Your Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Drafting correspondence and memos
- Managing email and phone communications
- Performing research and preparing reports
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
