Our client, a Financial Institute, has a contract vacancy for an Executive Assistant. It will be front and back line assistance.
Payment system environments are responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support services for the The group members, and the greater payments industry, also contributing to the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the global financial system.
The key areas of responsibility entail managing the administration for the Chief Payments Officer, governance functions, and administration services of the various executive projects.
Education And Experience Required
5 years or more years of hands-on experience as an office or project administrator or coordinator.
At least 5 years involved in complex multidisciplinary project environments or multiple projects/programmes in the financial services and banking industry.
Tertiary qualification relevant to the role.
Knowledge
Advanced Microsoft 365 suite of products (Visio, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.)
Job Description
Provide overall office and administration support.
Performing administrative functions such as organising and coordinating meetings, planning sessions, and workshops.
Diary management and logistics for the executive, within time requirements.
Ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared, and all technology is functional to allow for effective engagements.
Record minutes, decisions, risks, issues, and actions at meetings and on-time distribution of all documentation/reports and filing of documentation.
Keep action logs and follow up on agreed actions from meetings.
Handle general communication and administration activities.
Assist with and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations as required for the office of the executive.
Knowledge of financial processes (e.g., invoicing and budgeting).
