TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation. We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB, including adolescent girls and young women, sex workers and people who use drugs. Purpose of the position
The purpose of the Skills Development Facilitator is to promote learning and development in the organisation, and to ensure skills planning, implementation and record keeping is carried out in line with legislative and organisational requirements. Work closely with programme staff to ensure that skills development is implemented as planned, and correctly recorded and reported in line with the organisations Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) and available.
