Our client is searching for a Facilities Manager to ensure their entire operation runs like a well-oiled machine.
In this role, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, overseeing every aspect of the facility. From maintaining a safe and clean environment to keeping costs under control, you'll wear many hats and ensure everything functions flawlessly.
Here's What You'll Do
- Be a Maintenance Maestro: Conduct inspections, identify and solve facility issues efficiently, and plan and delegate maintenance tasks.
- Budget Boss: Manage the facilities budget, source contractors and resources wisely, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Safety Champion: Ensure the facility meets all safety regulations, collaborate with security, and implement an effective HSE program.
- Team Leader: Supervise the facilities staff, contractors, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Communication Cornerstone: Maintain clear communication with tenants, management, and staff to address concerns and ensure everyone's on the same page.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Develop a reporting system to track activities and optimize performance.
- 8+ years of facilities management experience.
- Hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, and other practical building skills.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage and motivate a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Relevant facilities management qualification.
- Experience working in a diverse environment.
