We are seeking a proficient and experienced Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of two renowned 5-star restaurants. As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial activities including accounts management and payroll for a staff of 80 employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of two leading 5-star restaurants.
- Handle accounts management including accounts payable and receivable.
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for 80 employees.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to ensure the financial health of the restaurants.
- Implement financial policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Generate financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic financial plans.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Pastel and advanced Excel skills.
