Responsibilities
- Overall team management;
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards;
- Presenting financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies;
- Complying with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements;
- Monitoring cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organisations financial stability;
- Implementing strategies to optimise cash flow, such as managing accounts receivable and payable;
- Assessing short-term and long-term cash needs and developing appropriate strategies.
- CA(SA) qualification;
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
