Responsibilities
- Process month-end reports and journals
- Compile month-end management reports
- Analyse and report on financial performance vs budgets and forecasts
- Balance sheet recon
- Manage bank and supplier recons
- Assist Financial Manager and CFO as needed
- Calculate and submit VAT returns and SARS submissions
- Manage annual audit
- Review all financial calculations
- Ensure compliance of all systems and internal control policies
- Minimum qualification - BCom Accounting, National Diploma Finance (SAIPA / SAICA articles advantageous)
- Minimum of 10 years work experience, no less than 5 years team management experience
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency, working knowledge of Pastel, Xero, Sage
- Excellent relationship building skills
- High attention to detail
