IDM is looking for a Credit Management coach.
What is a Credit Management coach, you may ask? A Credit Management Coach is someone who provides expert guidance and coaching to individuals who want to improve their credit score and overall financial well-being as support to the digital platform (Sanlam Credit Solutions and JustMoney). The Credit Management Coach will work one-on-one with clients to help them understand their credit reports, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized strategies to boost their credit score, while aligning their financial goals with suitable financial wellness solutions available on the digital platform. A Credit Management Coach shall have to be able to multi-task while also being a strong verbal and written communicator.
The digital platform offers various credit solution through their Partners, such as personal loans, home loans, vehicle finance, and credit cards. These solutions are designed to meet the diverse financial needs of their clients, allowing them to access funding for personal expenses, purchase a home or car, or manage their day-to-day expenses through credit cards; while always taking into account the financial circumstances and creditworthiness of individuals when evaluating the financial needs of the client and recommending the appropriate credit, insurance or financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Providing solutions and recommendations to clients financial problems by acting as intermediary between various product partners.
Identifying solutions that clients may require through discussions around what the client may need to reach their financial goals.
Using the WebChat platform to engage and identify needs for financial assistance and help resolve client queries.
Assisting with client queries through email communication.
Transferring live calls to various solutions Partners
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls to client who require financial assistance and recommendations of solution partners.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Degree advantageous
- Knowledge on the National Credit Act and FAIS Act (highly beneficial)
- Knowledge on financial services products; including but not limited to credit facilities and debt counselling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be client centric
- Strong time management skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- The ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Target driven with a focus on achieving set goals
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours
