Role Purpose: To ensure accurate receipting and dispatching of raw materials and finished goods. Required Qualifications: Grade 12 Required Experience: 2 years experience as a weighbridge operator will be an advantage. Required Knowledge and Skills: Numeric reasoning Microsoft Excel Communication Skills High level of honesty and integrity Trouble shooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work under pressure. Attention to detail. Key responsibilities of the role: Intake of Raw Material Trucks on Agri Grain system. Communicating to drivers regarding offloading of Raw Material Trucks. Make sure all relevant documentation is attached to delivery note and signed off. Ensure zero unreported incidents of weight discrepancies of Raw Material trucks daily. Reporting of delays on Raw Material trucks immediately to Manager. Deliver and drive turn around times of trucks.
