GENERAL MANAGER – HOSPITALITY (PORT ELIZABETH)

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our 5-star establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial targets. Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric
• Degree or National Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management (Essential)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a 5-star hotel
• Previous management experience (Essential)
• Computer literacy
• Proficient in OPERA and all MS Office packages

Skills And Competencies

• Financial acumen and the ability to achieve financial targets
• Extensive knowledge in Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office
• Experienced with Guest Revu and TripAdvisor platforms
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English
• Knowledge of basic Labour law and disciplinary procedures
• Valid drivers license (no endorsements) and own reliable transport (Essential)
