Responsibilities:
- Rollout campaigns, social and digital assets, event graphics, marketing collateral, executive content all within our brand guidelines
- Able to manage and be accountable for all creative requests small or large that are assigned to you
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to create digital content for social media, email, print ads & retail spaces
- Assist content team with photography/videography and rollout of content
- Work closely with the Senior designer
- Submit creative deliverables within the agreed-upon deadlines and budgets
- Ensuring consistency of all design collateral in line with the brands guidelines
- Participation in team brainstorms
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a graphic designer
- 3+ years experience in videography and video editing
- Creative flair to inspire other designers for impactful collaborative work
- Communication and relationship skills, including collaborating cross-functionally within the Creative team and organization
- High level of proficiency using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro & PowerPoint
- Experience & knowledge in creative technologies in the following fields: typography, colour and set to print, creating presentation and publication composition, web, social and event deliverables
- Deliver work on time with close attention to detail.
- Creating digital and printed media communication materials while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with the Associate creative director, Graphic Design Team & Project Manager to ensure all assets meet the brand standards.
- Develop new ways to communicate brand stories on our digital comms.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Experience using 3D software and Blender 4D
- WordPress coding, HTML experience
