As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, increase brand awareness, and maximize revenue generation. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals and product roadmap.
- Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead a creative team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the development and execution of compelling marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech marketing and growth hacking, and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as necessary to support marketing initiatives.
- 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong experience in managing B2B PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
