In essence, your role will involve overseeing the comprehensive process of envisioning, strategising, creating, and launching exceptional software products.
You will work in close collaboration with our Chief Operating Officer, the product team, as well as the Design and Development teams to devise and execute innovative product features that generate value for our customers. Among other responsibilities, you'll support our Development team by supplying them with crucial documentation, insights, and guidance, whilst also organising sprints.
The ideal candidate has a proven ability to take charge of the entire product delivery lifecycle, from idea generation through to release and ongoing enhancements, by collaborating with a range of cross-functional teams. You will be required to identify stakeholders' needs, refine user stories, and prioritise tasks effectively to establish a consistent cadence of sprint delivery.
As our Head of Product, you must have experience guiding cross-functional team leads in the successful delivery of products that enhance customer experience and increase market share. A comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of agile product delivery and the discipline of product ownership is essential.

As the Head of Product, you will work closely with our Product team and be responsible for building and managing our products and growing Revix into a world-class investment platform.

- 7+ years of Product Owner experience
- Expert understanding of SDLC
- Highly proficient in Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, DSDM, and SaFE methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of ticketing tools like Jira or similar ones like Asana
- Keen interest and understanding of cryptocurrencies and/or financial products and platforms
