Your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the Mid-Level and Senior Ops Associate in our Process stream
- Conduct Quality assessments and provide report ready feedback including identifying common errors and proposing solutions
- Write up of Standard Operating Procedures, interrogating the process and highlighting gaps and errors
- Daily investigation of order exceptions, along with the compilation of reports on operational failures and customer complaints
- Assisting the account management, restaurant partner support and customer services team with operational analysis and feedback.
- Work to optimise operational processes across the business to drive growth and improve efficiency.
- Compilation of special enquiry reports.
- Support with market analysis.
- Work to facilitate performance improvement of various teams in the business through detailed analysis, identification of operational weaknesses, process development and innovation.

- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or a relevant tertiary qualification
- Degree or Diploma in business administration, engineering or finance
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL would be beneficial
