Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for managing the organisation's ISO compliance by ensuring all internal processes and procedures meet ISO standards and guidelines. In this role, you will also be responsible for providing support for HR initiatives and general administrative tasks to help support the smooth operations within the Company.
Essential Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- NQF level 5 qualification
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- General administration knowledge.
- Valid code 8 driver's license and own reliable transport
- Stable internet at home
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS office.
