Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
- 2 3 years experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of and experience in HR practices and legislation
- Able to conduct the full scope of recruitment and onboarding of employees (none negotiable)
- Great accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical and structural approach
- Employee centric and service excellence mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of urgency and deadline driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork and co-operation
- Proactive with strong organizational skills
