  • Resolve complex HR requests, especially in the realm of Time Management.
  • Empower HR Services administrators with your knowledge and support on HR processes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, routing inquiries to specialists when needed.
  • Become the Trainer extraordinaire for processes in your key area of expertise (PY, PA, PT).
  • Play a pivotal role in audits, forecasting, and adaptation to IT requirements.
  • Handle Time Reports like a pro, benefitting both the business and finance.
  • Contribute to system enhancements by creating JIRA stories.
  • Provide the essential touch of professionalism through tasks like printing Payslips and Time Statements.

Qualifications & Experience To Excel In This Role
  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Bring practical HR experience to the table, gained through relevant internships.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a background in SAP-HR as a bonus.
