The Human Resources (HR) department at UCT is seeking to appoint a self-motivated, suitably qualified candidate to provide business intelligence in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced analytics. The incumbent will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the HR reporting service and tools, executing the detailed analysis of large HR data sets and MI and communicating the results across the University for use in driving business decisions. The incumbent will review and maintain the integrity of data in HR systems.
