What will you do?
This in an internship for graduates who require work experience in order to gain a professional qualification or unemployed graduates who require work experience to become more marketable.
Output/Core Tasks
This is a 12 month contract position allowing the incumbent to gain relevant work experience in the financial services industry. The individual will be exposed to Human Resources department at MiWayLife.
- Recruitment, selection, and induction processes
- Advertising vacancies in our recruitment portals
- Shortlisting of potential candidates from recruitment portals and recruitment agencies
- Regular communication with candidates
- Schedule interviews and assessments for shortlisted applicants
- Arrange orientation and induction for newcomers.
- Prepare and send out regret communication to unsuccessful candidates.
- Handling employee enquiries relating to HR processes
- General office management - coordinating of interviews, assessments, and HR onboarding sessions.
- Assist with HR Projects
- Ad hoc support
Qualification & Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Completed 3 year Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
To be successful you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Successful candidate should be unemployed
- Preferably no or very limited previous working experience (less than 12 months)
- Knowledge of and experience in MS Office
- Candidates should not have been previously employed in a Graduate/Internship Programme
