Are you an experienced HR Manager from the BPO industry with a passion for setting up and implementing effective policies, processes, and procedures?
Our client is looking for a candidate like you to join their team and grow it!
As a BPO start-up, they understand the unique challenges of managing human resources in this industry. That's why they are seeking an HR Manager with a proven track record of success in setting up policies and procedures that meet the needs of their business and their employees.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, as well as the ability to navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape that governs the BPO industry. You will be responsible for setting up policies and procedures that are fair, transparent, and effective, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
In addition to your technical expertise, the ideal candidate will also be a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the success of their HR function.

Minimum Requirements
- Completed matric.
- 3-5 years experience in an HR capacity setting up policies and procedures and processes.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an HR capacity within a BPO environment.
- Ability to start ASAP.
- A completed HR Qualification.
- Experience in the international BPO space (highly beneficial)
