Description
The HR Manager will be required to plan, direct, and coordinate the company's Human Resource strategy ensuring all staff are aligned to give effect to the company vision, mission, values, culture, and business objectives.
Requirements
1. Minimum bachelor's qualification.
2. Professional membership - SABPP
3. Minimum 10 years experience within an HR function
4. Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position
5. Experience within an engineering / technical environment
