- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Actively implement HR policies and procedure
- Deal with recruitment of new positions
- Arrange interviews
- Prepare contracts of employment
- Issue contract termination letters on request
- Ensure that all employee personnel files are 100% up to date
- Guarantee 100% legal compliance of all personnel files.
- Implement a companywide system to ensure the above.
- Responsible to prepare monthly HR Report as required by HR Manager
- Prepare and maintain HR plans as and when requested
- Administer the company training program, training records and matrix.
- Execute the company recruitment policy
- Support and initiate the company disciplinary code and grievance issues
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- You are responsible to approve the fortnightly time sheets before loading on payroll
- Problems on time sheets to be communicated on required platforms.
- Responsible for issuing of U19 IF documents to employees.
- You are required to terminate all employees as soon as an U19 has been issued.
- You are required to prepare the monthly HR report by the 7th of each month.
- HR Manager will approve the report for distribution.
- Responsible for monthly headcount report by the last day of each month.
- Deal with HR matter sin absence of HR Manager
- Keep HR Manager informed at all times by all means necessary of problems.
