Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will include but not be limted to the following
A comprehensive Internship Programme will be designed in line with the Senior IT manager and will be focused on Applications Support.
- First Line Support of IT Applications
- Escalate and follow up calls with 2nd line support
- Escalate and follow up calls with Partners
- Monitor and manage IT Applications Service Desk
- Assist in periodic reporting on Application Calls
The successful graduate must be able to make a minimum commitment of of 5 days a week during the duration of the programme during Business hours.
