- Ability to operate large Project deliverables across multiple workstreams, including change management, through design, build, implementation, and closure.
- Management of the assignment of work packages, governance structures, and high-level roles and responsibilities.
- Schedule management, including the management of fairly complex dependencies between workstreams.
- Identification and management of project risks, including prioritisation and mitigation.
- Project Financial Management - tracking and projections and cost control.
- Management of the team of Project, optimising the structure and roles going forward as required.
- Management of progress reporting to the Board, Executives and the Steering Committee based on agreed frequency.
- Management of Project Governance artefacts Managers.
