- 2-4 years of demonstrated experience as an instructional designer
- 2-4 years' experience on an LMS
- 2-4 years of curriculum design experience using authoring tools
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 2-4 years' experience using Articulate 360 with proficiency developing on Storyline 360
- 2-4 years' experience using a video editing software (example; Camtasia)
- 2-4 years' experience developing SCORM compliant content
- Coordinate several projects simultaneously

- Manage design costs and resources effectively

- Apply creative design to the discipline of instructional design with an emphasis on multimedia
