Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years proven work experience (Contactable references).

3. Candidate should be creative and have an eye for design and detail.
4. Must be able to work under pressure with quick turnover times.
Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualization and Design Development:
- Good understanding of all phases of a project from concept to completion.
- Develop and compile design presentations with relevant software.
- Produce technical drawings, joinery and details.
- Excellent understanding of construction and joinery details.
- Familiar with local building codes and regulations.
- Good problem-solving skills in coming up with design solutions.
- Procurement experience with a good understanding of FF&E and materials a
- Keep up with local trends and available materials and construction methods.
- Attend design meetings and actively keep track and partake in site
- Be willing and able to lead design meetings with contractors where needed.
- Good understanding of project timelines and budgets and ensuring all design
maintaining high quality standards.

- Serve as a support role with client correspondence. Actively listening to their
