Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive candidate searches through various channels, including online platforms, databases, and networking events.

Hunter for business in the Sub-Saharan Africa regions

Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, and providing a seamless experience.

Experienced recruiter with proven billings history- over a period of 12 months (Awards recognizing top achievements would be advantageous)

Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and placement.

Staying abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on international placements.

Strong understanding of global employment laws, visa processes, and cultural nuances.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
