- Develop and implement a transfer pricing strategy that aligns with AECI global operations
- Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation and reports required for international tax compliance and transfer pricing, such as Master File, local files, country-by-country reports, and BEPS reporting as per OECD guidelines
- Ensure that transfer pricing policies and practices are consistent with local and international regulations, and make any necessary adjustments to mitigate compliance risks
- Review transfer pricing calculations on a quarterly basis
- Ensure compliance with withholding tax obligations relating to cross-border transactions
- Review Controlled Foreign Company calculations and forms
- Provide technical advice for due diligence and M&A transactions
- Provide technical advice in terms of in-country legislation relating to cross-border transactions
- Provide tax support and assistance to the Group for any business activities and projects
- Respond to tax audits and disputes with tax authorities and provide documentation and support relating to transfer pricing matters
