Key Account Manager: Planning Motor Dealer
Job Description
The main objective is for you to be the first point of contact for ICU or VIP Motor Dealer Partners.
Training
Assist new staff with training on the how theMotor Dealer Deal needs to be handled in CRM, Field Services or any other platform related to the Motor Dealer.
Assist with refresher training should Netstar/Motor Dealer have changes to their system or a process change.
Reporting
Provide daily updates on what has been contracted and Scheduled
Provide daily updates on what Planning has scheduled/dispatched/rebooked/installed
Report daily on any concerns raised, work not done or if a backlog has been created
Provide daily conversions, scheduled to fitted
Provide daily conversions, scheduled to rebooking or cancelled
All of the above will tally into weekly and monthly reports
Provide Netstar Management and Motor Dealer with any updates to improve efficiencies/productivity/conversions through your daily stats
Meetings
Set up daily catch up sessions
Set up weekly meetings with Netstar Planning or respective areas to ensure clear communication and understanding of process and everybody is on the same page
Education
National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
