Role
- Your role is to identify opportunities, expand our clients' customer base and build momentum in the regions of Central South Africa.
- Establish strong relationships with customers at multiple levels of the business.
- Understand the market and provide reports applying an effective strategy with the goal to drive sustainable financial growth focusing on our engineering products and locally manufactured products.
- Utilise existing and potential customer base offer appropriate additional polymer solutions to the right customers.
- Effectively engage with external customers to deliver an X-facteor experience through expert advice, solution thinking and active partnerships .
- Deliver sustainable results for the business, customers and the environment through our value chain operations and effective implementation of KAM model through the utilization of a CRM database.
- Secure new business for the company in accordance with the sales strategy, developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and interpret potential clients agreed services and cost requirements, translating their requirements into concise, motivating proposals and presentations.
- Engage and build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Identify new products and solutions to add to the portfolio.
- Submit weekly planning reports, monthly sales reports and analysis, and forecasts whilst maintaining a market intelligence system.
- Strong selling skills, combining both a focus on long-term relationship and short-term transactions.
- KAM will be expected to present at executive level and relate to team members on the factory floor.
- Have contact with each level of the business to ensure the customers needs and expectations are properly met.
- Nurture strategic relationships within top accounts, with an in-depth knowledge of the company and its customers enabling the company to identify the best opportunities for growth and service to the client.
- Understand each part of the business and be able to communicate effectively to build custom offers which deliver greater value to customers
- Have a strategic perspective that goes beyond short-term gains. They must be able to juggle many moving parts and orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with the company's strategy.
- Solid negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, and confidence to sell a solution.
- Communicate the value of our offerings both strategically and financially to our customers, helping them understand the value of the product through every interaction
- Juggle multiple clients, delegate and manage projects, and keep strategic account plans on track. This also includes impeccable time management skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
- Use the right tools to stay organized and get the job done such as CRM to track each customer and manage every touch point.
- Basic Earnings: R35, 000.00 per month.
- Car Allowance: R5 000.00 per month.
- Petrol Card: for business use only covering fuel, oil and toll fees.
- Company mobile phone will be provided, or your number will be ported to our Vodacom account.
- Risk Benefits: Life, Permanent Disability, Funeral and Education. This is paid by the company on behalf of the employee.
