We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our client based in Port Elizabeth.
This position is focused on business development, client management, and team oversight.
Purpose Of Position:
- Drive business growth and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure the delivery of services as agreed between Stratostaff and clients.
- Oversee recruitment and placement in line with client requirements.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and legislative obligations to avoid legal risks.
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Business Development: Increase the number of clients, associates, and permanent placements.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain both new and existing client contracts.
- Profitability: Ensure financial viability by maintaining or increasing profit margins.
- Cost Management: Manage operational expenses and client contracts.
- Operational Risks: Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
- Professionalism, positive attitude, and empathy.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Knowledge of recruitment and internal administration processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivation, high energy, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Working knowledge of BCOE, WCA/IOD, Health & Safety, Benefits, and Bargaining Councils.
