Role Summary

The Lead Management Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and clients while acquiring new clients by generating sales leads, following up on sales leads, making sales, as well as collecting and submitting signed documentation for review and approval of sales applications.

Qualifications
  • Minimum: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4
  • Advantageous Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 3 years experience in sales with daily client contact
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working on Salesforce system
  • Sound experience in all aspects of sales administration
Skills & Knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of sales administration
Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to validate leads that have been submitted predominantly via the internet and social media channels.
  • Answer inbound voice calls.
  • Follow up with customers to arrange test drives and generate quotes.
  • Proactively drive and provide assistance with online sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Validate and manage trade-ins as part of the sales process.
  • Assist with lost sales validation, retention campaigns, and after sales product campaigns.
  • Assisting customers with their online and offline Sales Journey.
  • Collaboration with clients during the sales process.
  • Prospecting and generation of new leads.
  • Identify new clients and their needs through needs analysis to match the best vehicle or product to the customers needs.
  • Generation of cross-selling and upselling leads on existing clients.
  • Creation of new client networks and mining of existing networks.
  • Articulation and presentation of the client value proposition.
  • Log sales activity on the relevant CRM (client relationship management).
  • Action daily sales activity reports and attach correct documentation.
  • Monitor and manage sales on a daily; weekly and monthly basis in order to achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure that client complaints and queries are resolved timeously by using the relevant complaints system.
  • Obtain regular feedback from clients by requesting the completion of feedback forms.
  • Mitigate risk to the company by identifying and verifying clients manually or using relevant technology.
  • Omnichannel communication (live chat, screen sharing, email, calls)
