What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of eLearning Instructional Designers and Coaches across time zones and regions
- Estimate and plan eLearning development activities and assignments for your team
- Manage and assist in creating, reviewing, testing, and implementing training programs
- Maintain, categorize, and update data integrity for the LMS, such as course descriptions, course or class changes, training content, materials, user groups, etc.
- Work with departments' managers to identify and refresh the course asset library, and manage tracking of the course revisions and history
- Assist with publishing, updating, and archiving assets to maintain the current Knowledge Base library
- Become a subject-matter expert on our LMS, staying informed of system features and updates, and recommending changes as applicable Facilitate instructor-led training, including webinars
- Provide coaching and mentoring for your direct reports
- Provide weekly status reports and updates on active and pending eLearning engagements
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of Instructional Designers
- 3+ years of experience developing eLearning content
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- A high level of organization and ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working effectively with people at all levels in the organization
- Keen attention to detail, with an eye for grammar and design
- Ability to balance multiple projects and assignments
- Ability to prioritize effectively and communicate updates in a timely fashion
- Ability to think creatively to problem-solve
- Strong technical skills
- Experience in creating training
- LMS and eLearning authoring tools experience or learning facilitation experience
- Knowledge of teaching methods and strategies
