The IIE Varsity College, Sandton Campus has a vacancy for an Organizational Psychology Lecturer (Part-Time).

Ideally

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Honours Degree in Human Resource Management with Industrial/organizational psychology up to 3rd year level
• Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management with Industrial/organizational psychology up to 3rd year level
• Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology

Alternatively

• Honours Degree in one of the Business or Human Resources fields with Industrial Psychology/Organizational Psychology
• A related 4-year degree but must include Industrial/Organizational Psychology
• BTech where industrial psychology has been a module for all 4 years

Minimum Work Experience Requirements

• Lecturing experience in Industrial Relations/Labour Law or Human Resource Management
• Work experience as a Human Resources Practitioner or Industrial Psychologist
