Role Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the company.
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, conducting research, and maintaining communication links.
- Organising and maintaining files and documents.
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Assisting with filing of legal documents with courts, government agencies, and other relevant entities.
- Transcribing dictated notes, memos, and documents using dictation equipment or digital tools.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive legal information and client communications.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent academic qualification.
- Relevant experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or similar position.
- Solid experience with dictaphone typing.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid understanding of legal terminology.
