Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving new user growth, brand awareness and generating leads through affiliate marketing, paid partnerships, and earned media. As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic campaigns that leverage these channels to achieve our marketing goals. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the growth of OfferZen.

What youll do

The role involves overseeing diverse marketing channels, including Affiliate Marketing, Paid Partnerships, Earned Media, and Job Boards. Responsibilities encompass managing and enhancing the affiliate program, recruiting high-quality partners, and optimizing campaigns. For Paid Partnerships, the focus is on identifying and pitching collaborations, building relationships with influencers, and tracking campaign performance. In Earned Media, tasks involve pitching stories to secure media coverage, managing relationships with media contacts, and analyzing campaign impact. Additionally, the position requires developing and implementing strategies for job board integrations, ensuring accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and staying abreast of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Marketing:
  • Manage and optimize an existing affiliate program to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners that align with our brand and target audience.
  • Track and analyse affiliate performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
Paid Partnerships:
  • Identify, research, and pitch relevant blogger, influencer, and media partnerships to reach our target audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and media partners to ensure successful campaigns.
  • Develop compelling creative assets and messaging for paid partnerships.
  • Track and analyze paid partnership performance data to measure the ROI of campaigns.
  • Earned Media:
  • Identify and pitch story ideas to relevant media outlets to secure coverage of our brand and product.
  • Manage relationships with journalists, editors, and other media contacts to generate positive publicity.
  • Track and analyse earned media performance data to measure the impact of campaigns.
Job Boards:
  • Develop and implement strategies to integrate with a variety of job boards, including but not limited to Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, and SimplyHired.
  • Manage and optimize all job board integrations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with recruiters to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with job board integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in job board integrations.
  • Develop and implement new integrations as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze job board traffic and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
