Job Responsibilities:
- Provide input on customer measurement infrastructure and requirements, ensuring alignment with research and analytics objectives.
- Devise solutions to navigate legal and regulatory restrictions on market and customer data collection.
- Develop comprehensive data analytics and market research plans aligned with business objectives.
- Implement robust data quality control standards and methods.
- Manage the team to meet schedules, budgets, and maintain high-quality output.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, accurately scoping and quoting projects.
- Propose industry-leading media insights reports and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data sets, review reporting quality, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Coordinate with various teams, external partners, and vendors for project execution.
- Identify and forecast capacity requirements.
- Participate in manpower planning, budgeting, and hiring processes.
- Perform scheduling and rostering of team activities.
- Attend leadership meetings for goal alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct regular 1:1s with team members for check-ins and retention.
- Oversee budgets, work allocations, and staffing.
- Identify development areas and design tailored training pathways for team members.
- Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and performance management.
- Drive the overall culture and vision of the team, leading by example and nurturing team members' potential.
- 3-4 years of experience as a team lead or manager, overseeing 4 or more individuals or leading a large project team.
- Bachelor's degree in any field but Mathematics and/or Statistics modules or qualifications are preferred
- Relevant industry experience in media insights/reporting & analytics, traditional or social media, media agencies & public relations, or digital marketing.
- Experience working with Enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in SaaS-based media tech platforms and media measurement KPIs.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling, data mining techniques, and analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. Although not mandatory, proficiency in these areas is preferred.
- Skilled in data visualization and working with dashboard tools, as well as using Microsoft Excel and pivot tables for analysis.
- Knowledge of research methodologies and proficiency in basic analysis methods.
- Exceptional business level in spoken and written English.
