Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of 100+ SMB accounts, each with an average monthly spend of $200.
- Campaign Setup and Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms to ensure maximum ROI and client satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss strategy, and address any concerns or questions.
- Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative and strategy, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest best practices and innovations.
- Increased ROI: Successfully manage and optimize campaigns to achieve higher ROI for all SMB accounts.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, performance, and value delivery.
- Effective Campaign Management: Efficiently manage and optimize a large portfolio of SMB accounts, ensuring all campaigns meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
- Experience in Paid Media: Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, particularly for SMB accounts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and optimize performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
- Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in using various advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team to achieve common goals.
- Experience with SMB Accounts: Previous experience managing a large number of SMB accounts.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to improve campaign performance.
