Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge customers and consumers.
- Count and determine stock to be merchandised. Draw stock requirements.
- Correctly merchandise. Keep shelf and back-up clean and organised.
- Executing merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
- Delivering customer satisfaction by managing customer communication.
- Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions. Effectively record merchandising activities.
- Executing calls as per call cycle.
- Advice FSM on identified opportunities in the store.
- Grade 12.
- CWA or WSET (Beneficial)
- Merchandising experience.
- At least12 months experience in an FMCG merchandising environment.
- Valid driver's license.
