You are an experienced Millwright within the chemicals or heavy industry sector looking to join a global company. You have proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment.
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for completing all breakdowns, safety, planned and preventative maintenance work orders. You will be responsible for maintaining, installing and repairing the machinery and equipment used in the production process. You will be responsible for improving plant availability as well as adhering to all site PPE, safety requirements, safe operating procedures and work instructions. Where you'll be doing it
You will be based at their manufacturing facility in Sasolburg, where your primary responsibilities will be carried out. It's important to note that this position may require you to work overtime to meet production demands and handle any critical tasks that arise. You may be assigned additional duties as needed to support the smooth operations and ongoing success of the facility.
What you'll need
You will have at least 5 years of experience as a Millwright in the chemicals manufacturing sector, batching manufacturing process or heavy industry environment. You will have a technical N3 qualification together with a Millwright Trade Test certificate. You will be computer literate in MS Office and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems. It would be highly beneficial if you have SCADA, PLC and instrumentation experience or training.
