Shift Miller (Wheat)

Our client in Pretoria is seeking the expertise of a Miller for their Wheat Mill.

The perfect candidate would be trade tested and have Minimum 3-years of experience (post qualification) experience. Must have experience in a 20-ton-per-hour mill. The candidate will work closely with other personnel and perform quality control tests to maintain efficient operations and obtain optimum milling performance.

Minimum requirement

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• GMF Module 4 and Trade Test.
• Minimum 3 years' experience (post Trade Test).
• Experience working in a 20-ton-per-hour mill.
• Wheat grading and fumigation will be an added advantage.
• HACCP will be an added advantage.
• Be familiar with PLC-operating plants.
